Website Our Host Hotel is the Quality Inn located right next door to the Convention Center. You can walk or ride to and from without navigating the Beach Boulevard. They have given us some great rates for this event. Please call them direct for these rates at (228) 388-1000. These rates apply for a 2-night minimum stay. Regular rates apply for only a 1-night stay. *Rate: Single QUEEN bed $69 TAX SINGLE KING BED $79 TAX 2 DOUBLE beds $89 TAX Plus Applicable TAX RATE 12% *Minimum Length of Stay (MLOS)2nights. *First night deposit of $(room tax). Non-refundable if not cancelled by date required. *3 day cancellation policy: MUST cancel 3 days prior to arrival date (by SEPT 16, 2013) or first night deposit will not be refunded and/or first night and tax will be charged to CC on file. Please keep cancellation number for your records. *Room types or room assignments not guaranteed and based on availability at time of check in. *Limited number of accessible rooms available. *All reservation must be held on a valid CC or advance deposit. Cash paying guest are required to have a $100 cash deposit or a CC authorization of equal amount at time of check in for incidentals/security deposit. *A personal safe with a limited warranty for up to $10,000 of loss (as a result of forced entry) is located in each guest room. Website Coming in an RV? We have RV parking available right on the Convention Center grounds. RV guests must register/pay in the Convention Center office. Water and 20amp power will be $30 per night, water and 30amp power will be $50 per night. NO sewer system available. They can accommodate up to 36 RVs. Nighttime security will be on Convention Center grounds. |
